No Omelette Yet

Three days in and still have yet to eat a Denver omelette in Denver; this "scrambler" is good and comes close but not quite.

I have likewise not found bison steaks or these Rocky Mountain oysters I have heard about. You would think oysters could not survive in such cold fresh water river- wait, what? WHAT?
