Minnesotan Alfred Mundy, also known as Pastor Al, met biker/preacher Gary Mathes on the streets of St. Paul, Minn., ahead of the Republican National Convention. Mathes, shown here, was in Denver last week for the Democrats' big show. Mundy, a Native American who claims Jesus stopped him from committing murder, foresees Barack Obama winning the November election.I found these guys to be extremely interesting, but my fellow producer Jesse thought I got a little too into the story with the witnessing and the weird. My original take on these two ran almost eight minutes over four video clips, but we also made a more simple 60 second version.
